As you all know that now days jio customers are increased so they are facing technical error , I can help you but not hardware only based on software
So now disscuss that , why we are facing the jio error ,
As we all knows that jio works on the based on VOLTE services which mean call vio internet not from networks or satellites , firstly please check your device must have 4g+volte supports
PLEASE TRY 4 STEPS FOR INCREASING JIO SIM SPEED
Step 1: Go to Device "Settings" >"Cellular Networks" >"Access Point Name"or"APN">JIO
Name – OOFYOU
APN – jionet
APN Type – Default
Proxy – Not Set
Port – Not Set
Username – Not Set
Password – Not Set
Server – www.google.com
MMSC – Not Set
MMS proxy – Not Set
MMS port – Not Set
MCC – 405
MNC – 857, 863 or 874
Authentication type – Not Set
APN Protocol – IPv4/IPv6
Now save settings, then browse and start downloading big files .
NOTE:- i recommended you to dowload from opera and internet download manager(IDM)
step 2: Please test your singal or net speed using these applications for the testing of jio sim speed
FOR SIGNAL- search(.apk or application) how far as your signal tower from your device.
if your device is far from the signal then it may be interrupting of your sim speed
, if your signal is near AND jio speed is not better
in both cases first complaint to jio care (198) or open my jio app and register a complaint (I am assuming that , you have already done this step for boosting jio sim speed )
FOR NET SPEED - for testing jio sim internet speed you can download from playstore

If you tried all the steps , if solution doesnot appeared then follow this trick , this trick may be stop working for future but I am sure now working for all devices (I personally used)

Step 4:(LATEST UPDATE)
While using internet if facing low downloading speed then make a call and allow it run on background (call to 198 and choose for hindi(1),English(2))
Note :- don’t cut the call and allow it to run in the background
